In my house, we are settling down after a couple of fun weeks with family and friends and a New Year’s day that found us playing Scrabble and card games all day long. I even completed my first knitting project in more than 30 years!
Although I spent a chunk of December planning for 2015, I find that there is always a reverence that comes with actually being at the cusp of the year. Something we can’t quite summon weeks ahead of time.
The down time I’ve experienced over the last two weeks – there was some of that too – has helped provide me perspective that I couldn’t have summoned 3 or 4 weeks ago.
I see now what I have allowed to challenge me in 2014. And I have a clearer intention on what to do differently.
If you are feeling the same way, I’d love to know what your intentions are for 2015. Comment below and share the biggest one or two.
Stating them over and over again is helpful in moving forward toward them!
My intention is to connect better with the people who may be in need of my services, who appreciate my offerings, and who are learning from what I’m sharing.
Here’s to a successful 2015!
P.S. If you’d like some inspiration for the New Year, hop on over to iTunes and subscribe to my new podcast series Advancing Entrepreneur. I listen to things that inspire me as often as I can to keep me focused on success. It’s a great way to keep you New Year’s momentum rolling with new episodes each week!
